MDA government appoints new adviser to Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma

SHILLONG: The MDA (Meghalaya Democratic Alliance) government has appointed State BJP president Ernest Mawrie as Advisor to Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma.

Mawrie will be advising the Chief Minister on matters concerning DONER, Tourism and Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Department. He will be entitled to the perks and facilities under Category 'A' with effect from the date of assumption of charge.
