Meghalaya Arts & Culture Minister Sanbor Shullai meets G.K Reddy in Delhi

SHILLONG: Meghalaya Arts & Culture Minister Sanbor Shullai met Union Minister of Culture & Tourism G.K Reddy at the latter's office in Transport Bhawan, New Delhi. They discussed the Central Ministry's support to the State for development initiatives in the Arts and Culture sector.

In a letter to the Union Culture Minister, Minister (BJP) Shullai requested the Union Minister for early sanctioning of the 'New Rabindranath Tagore Culture Complex' at Rilbong here under the TCC (Tagore Cultural Complex) scheme for the State of Meghalaya.

He also asked the Tourism & Cultural Minister to release the pending project of MTDC (Meghalaya Tourism Development Corporation) which was initiated when he was the Chairman of the corporation. G. K Reddy has assured the Minister to look into the matter.
