Meghalaya COVID tally rises to 1,281

SHILLONG: Meghalaya on Thursday registered 94 new COVID-19 cases, which pushed the tally of active cases to 1281, the health department said in a bulletin. Meanwhile, the state also records 122 new recovered cases in last 24 hours, with this the total recovered cases reaches 79468.

One person succumbed to the infection in last 24 hours, taking total number of fatalities from COVID-19 infection to 1,413 so far.
