SHILLONG: Along with the All India Congress Committee and other
PCCs (Pradesh Congress Committees) across the country, the Meghalaya PCC
observed the 136th foundation day of Indian National Congress (INC), at the
Congress Bhawan here on Monday.
James S. Lyngdoh, working president, Meghalaya PCC, unfurled the party's flag and inaugurated the programme at 11:30 am. The meeting was presided over by Sanjay Das, general secretary, Meghalaya PCC.
Prominent among those who spoke on the occasion included Joplin S. Shylla, MPMC president Fernandez S. Dkhar, general secretary, MPYC Bansharailang Pyngrope, president NSUI Meghalaya State Unit, and party functionaries, stated a release
