Nongstoin Informed Draft photo Electoral Roll For Assembly Constituencies

SHILLONG: The Deputy Commissioner of West Khasi Hills District, Nongstoin has informed that the draft photo electoral roll for the following Assembly constituencies, namely, 32- Nongstoin (ST), 33- Rambrai (ST) and 34- Mawshynrut (ST) has been prepared with reference to January 1, 2020 as qualifying date and in accordance with the Registration of Electors Rules, 1960 and a copy thereof is available for inspection at the office of the Electoral Registration Officer/Asst. Electoral Registration Officers during office hours and at the concerned polling stations from. If, with reference to the above said qualifying date, there be any claim for the inclusion of a name in the roll or any objection at the inclusion of name or any objection to particulars in any entry, it should be lodged on or before the January 15, 2020 in Form 6, 6A, 7, 8, or 8A as may be appropriate at the office of the Electoral Registration Officer/Asst. Electoral Registration Officers and at the concerned polling stations with the concerned Booth Level Officers/Supervisor Officers.
