West Garo Hills District Magistrate Ram Singh Extends Containment Measures

TURA: West Garo Hills District Magistrate, Ram Singh, passed an order on November 6, thereby enforcing the containment measures in the district from 5 am of November 8 till 5 am of November 15 with the same restricted and permitted activities as in the earlier order.

According to the order, all shops in the district will now open from Monday to Saturday till 9 pm and the private transports are allowed to ply with 100 per cent capacity. The order also stated that the State and Central government offices will now function with 100 per cent staff from 10 am to 5 pm.

The corona curfew in the district will continue to remain from 11 pm to 5 am every night, stated a press release.
