West Garo Hills extends containment measures till September 20

TURA: West Garo Hills District Magistrate, Ram Singh, had passed an order on September 11, thereby enforcing the containment measures in the district from 5 am of September 13 till 5 am of September 20 with the same restricted and permitted activities as in the earlier order.

According to the order, all shops in the district will now open from Monday to Saturday till 8 pm and the private transports are allowed to ply with 100 per cent capacity. The order also stated that the State and Central government offices will now function with 100 per cent staff from 10 am to 5 pm. The corona curfew in the district will continue to remain from 9 pm to 5 am every night, stated a press release.
