‘Zero Tolerance To Threats’ Says Home Minister James Sangma

Shillong: Meghalaya Home Minister James Sangma said that the government will not tolerate any threat to any individual or community. Following the proscribed HNLC’s threat to a particular community in Shillong, the Home Minister stated, “While we are looking for a long-lasting solution to a problem, threats will not be tolerated”. There might be lack of information or misinformation on the issue but the hard reality is something else. There is no threat to anybody, because the law enforcement agencies are in place to tackle any untoward incidents”, Sangma added.
