Covid screening at the entry point for the Returnees to Nagaland from Nov 4.

COVID screening of returnees to Dimapur will now be done at the entry point and not at the Agri Expo site.

According to an order issued by Dimapur District Administration, the change has been made effective Wednesday.

In this regard, officers, staff, and all the district officials have been deputed at four entry points at Dimapur district- airport, railway station, Dillai check gate, and New Field check gate.

R. Soundararajan, deputy commissioner (DC) Dimapur stated that "In accordance with relevant SPOs, duty at the respective locations will commence from November 4."

"Registration and screening of travelers currently being done at Agri Expo at 4th mile Dimapur will be suspended on activation of the four mentioned locations on November 4, 2020," the statement said.
