Meet Miss Narolajati, 1st Nagaland Lady Biker, Popular as "The Biker Cop of Nagaland"

Meet Miss Narolajati, popularly known as "The Biker Cop" in Nagaland.  Miss Narolajati is an interesting and multi-talented woman, to say the least.  Miss Narolajati, a professional police officer, has a long and varied list of accomplishments that will astonish you. 

The female cop is an avid motorcycle rider. Her town has dubbed her "The Biker Cop," and she is the first lady from her state to embark on a cross-country bike ride for humanitarian causes. 

She is also the first lady biker from the state to ride her motorcycle across the entire Northeast (Seven Sisters) states, including Bhutan, Myanmar, and Bangladesh, and she is also the first lady rider to represent the state in an off-road motocross competition with other male riders organized by NAC in 2017. 

Apart from being a daredevil biker, she is a brilliant athlete too. She is the All India Police Meets Badminton National Champion.  Nagaland's most decorated woman is also an accomplished musician. She is a vocalist who has performed at a number of high-profile events.  When asked about her future plans and endeavors, she said, "As an optimistic person, I hope and pray for a better future and win more medals for Nagaland." 

Miss Narolajati is an excellent example of women's empowerment. The pride of Nagaland should serve as an inspiration for women not just in the North-East, but in all of India. Her positive attitude, upbeat demeanor, and resilient spirit should be acknowledged and mirrored in our own lives. 

In similar news, Violet Baruah, the first deputy inspector general of police in the Bodoland Territorial Region, was awarded this year's President's police medal for outstanding service on the eve of the 72nd Republic Day, together with 13 other police officials of various ranks for meritorious service. Baruah, who served as DIG (border), is also the state's first female DIG. She worked as a police superintendent in many districts, including Nalbari, Barpeta, and Goalpara. 

One officer from Sikkim, 13 from Assam, two from Arunachal Pradesh, three each from Meghalaya and Mizoram, two from Nagaland, and six from Tripura are among the 30 Northeast police officers who have earned police medals.
