Nagaland registers 2 more Covid 19 positive cases, total 181

Guwahati:  Guwahati: Nagaland has registered 2 new cases of Covid-19 on Wednesday. Out of 314 samples examined , 2 cases were found positive, taking the tally to 181.

Out of 2 fresh cases found, 1 is from Dimapur QC and the other Tuensang district.

Nagaland Health Minister S Pangnyu Phom said in a tweet "2 new cases of COVID-19 +ve have been reported out of 314 samples tested. 1each from Dimapur QC and Tuensang QC."

It has been reported 103 persons in the state have recovered from the respiratory illness, and 78 cases are still active.

Nagaland recorded its highest single day spike on Friday, June 13.

It is to be mentioned that two weeks ago Nagaland was Corona virus free but due to heavy inflow of people the state has resulted the fourth North eastern State after Assam, Tripura and Manpur with total positive cases in three digits.
