Nagaland registers 23 more Covid 19 cases; total 562

Guwahati: Amid the ongoing surge in COVID-19 cases across India, Nagaland has registered 23 fresh cases of COVID-19 on Saturday, July 4.

Out of the 411 samples examined, 23 positive cases have been confirmed. It has been reported that 21 infected patients are from Peren and 2 are from Kohima. The number of cured patients stands at 228 and the number of active cases in the state stands at 334.

"Out of 411 samples tested, 23 fresh positive cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed. 21 in Peren & 2 in Kohima", Nagaland health minister S Pangnyu Phom wrote in a tweet.
