Orange Alert for parts of NE India likely to experience rainfall, strong winds between April-8-9

GUWAHATI: Parts of north east India are expected to experience fresh rainfall, thunderstorms and strong winds between April 8 and 9. An orange alert has been issued on this front.

According to weather predictions, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, and Tripura are expected to witness light to moderate showers.

Guwahati might witness one or two spells of rain or thundershowers from April 8, 2020, claim reports.
