Father Kills Three-Year-Old Girl In Tripura's Udaipur

Agartala: In a tragic incident, a three-year-old girl was got killed by her father at a brick kiln in Tripura's Udaipur sub-division on Sunday morning.

According to reports, the accused was identified as Shiv Kumar, while the girl was identified as Smita Kumari Chauhan.

Kumar after committing the crime tried to set the body on fire, however, co-workers prevented him from doing.

Reportedly, the accused took Smita outside from her room when his wife was working in the morning shift.

Later, he (Kumar) repeatedly hacked his daughter with a spade leading to her death.

After receiving the information of the same, a police team reached the spot and nabbed apprehended Kumar.

The reports claimed that he committed the crime under the influence of alcohol.
