12th Inter-College Youth Festival at the Rajiv Gandhi University

12th edition of the Inter-College Youth Festival at the Rajiv Gandhi University, Rono Hills was inaugurated by Chief Guest Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Kiren Rijiju on April 22.
