17 kgs of Ganja Seized from Kamrup Express near Barpeta Railway Station

The sleuths of Crime Investigation Force (Government Railway Police) seized 17 kgs Ganja worth Rs 1.5 lakhs from Kamrup Express this morning in Barpeta Town Railway Station.

Based on a tip-off, the department launched a search operation after the train crossed Pathsala Railway Station in Nalbari District.

So far no arrests have been made in connection to the matter.

The seized ganjas were handed over to Government Railway Police in Barpeta Town Railway Station.
