The third category where winners were declared yesterday was Chemistry. Three researchers were declared winners in this category as well. Professor Carolyn Bertozzi of Stanford University, Professor Barry Sharpless works in Scripps Research and Professor Morten Meldal works at the University of Copenhagen. They are being awarded for the development of Click Chemistry and Bioorthogonal Chemistry.
