Adivasis Protest in Bisawnath Seeking Better Facilities

All Assam Adivasi Students Association held a protest rally today demanding increase in wages for the tea garden workers and land rights for them and welfare of the tea tribes in the state. The protest was held outside the office of Deputy Commissioner of Biswanath, Dhrubajyoti Das. The protesters submitted a memorandum to the district magistrate.
