Assam: Youth arrested for harassing women passenger in Tinsukia train.

A youth was arrested by RPF officials of Tinsukia station for harassing a woman passenger on board the Jorhat Passenger train. The woman and her husband thrashed the youth for his misconduct before RPF officials arrested him. The miscreant has been identified as Deepak Saini of Sripuriya Putiyapathar of Tinsukia.
