Bodoland International Paragliding Accuracy Championship begins

The 1st Bodoland International Paragliding Accuracy Championship, 2019 begins from today at Dangdufur Hill in Kokrajhar with the various colorful programme.

Assam Social Welfare Minister Pramila Rani Brahma flagged off the competition in presence of Deputy Chief of BTC Khampa Borgoyary, principal secretary Biren Chandra Phukon, DC of Kokrajhar Parta Pratim Majumdar, BTC EM Doneswar Goyary among other.

Organized by the Tourism Department, Bodoland Territorial Council(BTC), around 130 gliders from 9 countries like China, Japan, Hongkong, Singapore, Indonesia, Taiwan, Korea, Malaysia, Mongolia Nepal, apart from India are participating in the championship.

The championship will continue till November 14, 2019.
