Dambuk in Arunachal Pradesh

Dambuk located in lower Dibang Valley in Arunachal Pradesh is popular for oranges not only in the country but also exported to Bangladesh through Karimganj District for popularizing the oranges throughout the world. Every year orange festival is being held in this picturesque landscape. Since last 24 years Aithek Lingi, a villager of Dambuk has been growing oranges since last 24 years and maintaining his family. This year he has sold oranges worth around 12.50 lakhs.
