Watch: International Day for Indigenous People held observed in Kheroni

International Day for Indigenous People was celebrated at Kheroni Kopili College in West Karbi Anglong. The day-long programme witnessed the presence of dignitaries like Lonkri Krosini, Sing Engleng, North East Indigenous Peoples'Parliament Co-Ordinator Ninkhuja Lamsa, NIPP Tripura member Bidhan Deb Barman. They strongly criticized the Citizenship (Amendment) Bill 2016 and said that they would urge the government to scrap it.
