Journalists and various organizations hold a Sit-in Protest again CAA at Jorhat Press Club

In a show of solidarity with various Anti-CAA protests, journalists from Mariani, Titabor, Teok, Kokajan and Dergaon as well as AASU, Lachit Sena, ATASU, KMSS, Asom Sahitya Sabha took part in a sit-in protest at Jorhat press club.

They claim the government is trying to suppress journalists with Anti-CAA stand with oppressive tactics as they did with Utpal Borah and Dibyajyoti Sarmah.https://youtu.be/QNzcbPe4kJo
