RTI activist Dulal Bora arrested for allegedly blackmailing Motor Vehicle Inspector in Guwahati

A case was registered against RTI activist Dulal Bora at Hatigaon Police Station in Guwahati for allegedly blackmailing Kamrup (M) Motor Vehicle Inspector Naimuddin Ahmed for a cash of Rs 5 lakh.

Based on the FIR, a case was registered against RTI activist Dulal Bora for case vide no 905/19 under section 385/389/384/511 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

At around 6 am in the morning, RTI activist was arrested by Hatigaon Police from his residence in Guwahati.
