Two severely injured in leopard attack in Moran, Hospitalized

Two youths received severe injuries following a leopard attack in Moran on Tuesday.

The incident was reported at Bamunbari Tea Estate in Moran under Dibrugarh District.

The injured youths identified as Kismat Tanti and Paresh Gowala were sent to Assam Medical College Hospital (AMCH) in Dibrugarh District for better treatment.

The wild animal took shelter inside the residence of one Deepak Gogoi, thus, creating panic among the family members and other people.

Later, the Khowang Forest officials then managed to tranquilize the animal.
