UBPO demands formation of Bodo Kachari Autonomous Council in Dhemaji

The United Bodo People's Organization (UBPO) staged a 3-hr sit-in demonstration in at least 21 districts of Assam demanding formation of Bodo Kachari Autonomous Council, Addition of Bodo Language in TET Examinations, Allotment of land patta to the indigenous people of Assam, Formation of an Editorial Department for Bodo language and many more.

On Thursday, around 700 plus protesters staged the sit-in demonstration in Dhemaji today.
