UK Queen Elizabeth II recognises Jadav Payeng from Assam with 'Commonwealth Points of Light' Award

UK Queen Elizabeth II has recognized Jadav Payeng, representing India, as the 128th Commonwealth Points of Light Award Winner in honour of his exceptional voluntary service to environment conservation.

The British Deputy High Commissioner to Kolkata, Nick Low presented him award at a reception in The Residency Tourist Resort, Guwahati on Wednesday evening.
