4th Ayodhana International Fide Rating Chess Tournament begins

GUWAHATI: The 4th Ayodhana International Fide Rating Chess Tournament got under way at the Assam Down Town University Auditorium, Panikhaiti today. Altogether 140 players from Tripura, Nagaland, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, West Bengal, Maharastra, Bihar and also from Bangladesh are participating in the tournament. In the top board, top seed Arpan Das of West Bengal won his first-round game against Atharva Mahanta of Assam.
