Assam women reach final in 37th National Games

GUWAHATI: Assam women badminton team made it to the final in the 37th National Games as they beat Andhra Pradesh by 3-2 in their second group match at Panaji today. However, the men’s team, after losing to Maharashtra 2-3 yesterday, beat Goa by 4-1 in second group match to win bronze medal.

The women’s team will face Maharashtra in the final.
