CISF Inter Sector kabaddi championship held

KOKRAJHAR: CISF Inter Sector kabaddi championship 2023 held at the SAI Stadium with successful note. The event was inaugurated by DIG North East Zone, SS Sarmah and graced by officials from district police, SAI authority & Army.

In his inaugural address, the Chief Guest highlighted the importance of sports in building physical and mental resilience, fostering team spirit and enhancing overall fitness among service personnel. The inaugural match was played between teams of North Sector and Western Sector with North Sector emerging victorious.

The captivating final match witnessed a remarkable display of athleticism, determination, and strategic gameplay. In the riveting culmination North Sector team emerged victorious beating South Sector. Karunakar Das CGM, NTPC witnessed the final match.

The chief guest along with other dignitaries presented trophy to the winners. The dignitaries felicitated all players and motivated them to continue following their passion for sports and relentlessly strive for the pinnacle of excellence. Enthusiastic participation by large number of teams made the tournament a resounding successful one. The 3-day event was managed by the CISF Unit BgTPP Bongaigaon.
