Mumbai: The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) is scheduled for December 4 in Kolkata.
According to a notice which was sent by the BCCI's Electoral Officer AK Joti stated that the elections of the BCCI would also be held on the same day.
The said meeting, which is normally conducted in September-end, was postponed by three months in the wake of the pandemic situation in the country.
The notice further asks the members to file nominations for their representatives to be included in the electoral roll.
According to an agency report, the last date for submission of the applications is November 17, while the draft electoral roll would be published the next day.
Once the names are published, the one objecting to them would need to report it by November 20.
As per the BCCI constitution, two members needed to be elected every year as the IPL GC have two members.
The last day to withdraw names from the nomination is November 25. On the other hand, the final election result would be made on December 4.
Only, those representatives would be considered who will apply with all required documents within the time frame.
