Himachal thrash Assam by 9 wickets in Senior Women T20 Cricket

GUWAHATI: Himachal Pradesh thrashed Assam by 9 wickets in the Senior Women T20 Cricket held at Surat today. Assam, bat first in the innings, scored 97-9 in 20 overs.

Only four batters-Rashmi Dey (29 no), Monikha Das (19), Uma Chetry (16) and Ruhina Pegu (11) were successful to score double-digit runs. Himachal took 13 .5 overs to reach the target, losing single wicket. Sushma Verma (43) was the top scorer.
