Gus Logie Appointed Interim Head Coach of Windies Women Team

St. John’s: Former West Indies batsman Gus Logie has been appointed as the interim head coach of the women’s national team. Gus Logie, who played 52 Tests and 158 ODIs, will take over the duties from Henderson Springer, who will continue to assist coaching education programs fo Cricket West Indies (CWI). Gus has been the assistant coach of the team since 2017.

His first task will be to prepare the team for the upcoming month-long series against India, which starts on November 1 in Antigua. IANS
