Former Indian WWE star the Great Khali today made it clear that he didn't have any intention to return to the Pro Wrestling League. Rather he would keep himself busy to produce professional wrestlers from the country.

Khali was in the city to participate in a function which was organized by Maithan Steel. The former professional wrestler is the brand ambassador of it. Talking to the media person at the side line of the function Khali said, "I had the opportunity to continue a few more years in the ring but I had decided to quit and keep myself busy to promote young and promising wrestlers of India."

He has already started an academy at Kangniwal village in Punjab's Jalandhar district which is known as Continental Wrestling Entertainment (CWE). Promising wrestlers from different parts of the State, including one from Assam, have already joined this academy and are currently undergoing training under Khali. Commenting on the wrestler from Assam the former Hollywood actor said, His name is Sonu and age is around 23 years. The wrestler is very promising."

Apart from training the academy also organizes competition on a regular basis for its wrestlers.

Meanwhile Khali feels that the future of professional wrestling is good in India. "We have many talented wrestlers and they are capable of performing well on the international level. However my advice to all of them is to be very disciplined and stay away from all kinds of bad habits including use of drug."
