ROME: The top-four race in the Serie A intensified as Lazio enjoyed a comfortable 3-0 victory over AC Milan while Napoli conquered Torino 2-0 on Monday. Milan needed a win to retain its second-place but was dealt a blow just one minute into the game, as Joaquin Correa rounded Gianluigi Donnarumma to find the net.
Correa doubled the lead in the 50th minute as he shook off Fikayo Tomori to drill home before Lazio sealed the win with Ciro Immobile's daisy-cutter.
In the other fixture, Tiemoue Bakayoko and Victor Osimhen scored two early goals to gift Napoli a 2-0 away win over Torino.
Napoli, Juventus, and AC Milan rank third to fifth all with 66 points after 33 rounds, while Lazio is sixth on 61. Agencies
