3rd All India Brahmaputra squash Championship begins at RG Baruah sports complex

GUWAHATI: The 3rd All India Brahmaputra Squash Championship got under way at the RG Baruah sports complex here today. The tournament was inaugurated by Jatin Bora, eminent film actor. A total of 272 players from across the country are participating in this 3 day event in various age categories like U-11, U-13,U-15, U-17, U-19 (Boys and Girls), Men’s, Women’s and Master’s. There are several top players of the country including Kanhav Nanawati, Suraj Chand, Sanika Choudhury and Anjali Semwal are competing in this meet which is a 3 Star Ranking and a National PSA satellite Tournament organized by the Assam Squash Rackets Association (ASRA).
