Alfred Faihriem wins gold medal in his national debut

GUWAHATI: Assam's Mixed Martial Art fighter Alfred Faihriem won gold medal in his national debut in the Fly Weight Division of Youth Category at the MMA INDIA's Open National Championship held recently in Indore. He represented United Assam Mixed Martial Arts Association (UAMMAA) in the championship. The medal winning performance helped Alfred to get selection for IMMAF World Championship team which is scheduled to be held at Kazakhstan in November.
