Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) put huge total on Day I against Assam Cricket Association at Amingaon

GUWAHATI: Rode on two-century knocks from Zawad Abrar and Md Hasanuzzaman, Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) U-16 team piled up huge 372-4 in their first innings on day I of three-day tie against Assam Cricket Association at Amingaon today. Zawad, who opened the innings with Mubin Ahmed Dishan (22), played 203 balls to score 139 and there were 18 boundaries and 5 sixes in his innings.

Hasanuzzaman remained not out on104 when the day's play came to an end. He faced 79 balls and hit 13 boundaries and six over boundaries. Kalam Siddiki Aleen (66, 4X11), the other not out batsman, also scored a half century. Eklavya Sharma and Dyutimoy Nath picked up two wickets each on Day I.
