Big Win for Guwahati City FC in Bodousa Cup Soccer Tournament

GUWAHATI: Guwahati City FC registered huge 4-1 victory over Milanjyoti Sangha in the Bodousa cup soccer tournament held at Bihupuria today.

Although the competition got under way in different venues yesterday but the inaugural function was held at Bihupuria on Monday which was attended by the Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal.

Inaugurating the meet Sonowal said, “Bodousa Cup Football Tournament has the potential of promoting football at the grassroot level and nurturing more and more football talents.”

Meanwhile in another game of the competition, held at Ghograpar, Ryntih SCC of Shillong beat PSA, Manipur by 3-0 and qualified for the quarter final.
