GUWAHATI: Biswanath Blue Warriors Club and India Club won their respective legs in the Assam Premier Club Cricket Championship on Thursday. Biswanath Blue Warriors Club defeated Biswanath Cricket Club by 110 runs in the final at BiswanathChariali while India Club thrashed YogayoogSangha by 7 wickets in the final at DSA ground, Silchar.

Batting first, Biswanath WC managed 242 in 40 overs losing 9 wickets with the help of KallolBhuyan's 51. Pradeep Sharma took 3 wickets for 37. In reply, Biswanath CC were bundled out for 132 in 34.3 overs. PawanMajhi, who was adjudged Man of the Match, claimed 5 wickets for 16.

At Silchar, YogayoogSangha were restricted at 198/9 in 40 overs despite Roshan's (61) innings. AmarjyotiKalita took 4 wickets for 46. India Club reached the target in 38.4 overs losing 3 wickets. Man of the Match ParvejMusaraf struck 109 off 115 balls.
