Gauhati Town Club, Royals Club win in T20 Ankurjyoti Challenge Cricket

GUWAHATI: Gauhati Town club and Royals Club won their respective matches in the T20 Ankurjyoti Challenge cricket held at the Judges ground here today. Gauhati Town club thrashed Brahmaputra Club by 10 wickets. For the winners Sahil Ahmed picked up five wickets and Shimanta Neogi contributed unbeaten 42 runs on the board. In the other game Royals Club defeated Santipur Club by 8 wickets. Jogesh Bhumij for Royals club, took four wickets and his teammate Ramiz Rabane contributed 35 runs with bat.
