Good show by Assam women in Senior National Volleyball Championship

GUWAHATI: Assam women team displayed a terrific performance and registered victory over Bihar in the 71st Senior National Volleyball Championship held at the Nabin Chandra Bordoloi Indoor Stadium here today. Assam were once trailed by 0-2 but made a good come back in the game and beat Bihar 14-25, 22-25, 25-10, 25-22 and 22-20. In the men's section Assam lost to Uttarakhand by 1-3.
