Kamakhya Saikia appointed as observer for Emerging Team Asia Cup by BCCI

GUWAHATI: The joint secretary of the Assam Cricket Association Kamakhya Saikia has been appointed as observer for the Emerging Team Asia Cup by BCCI. The meet will be held at Bangladesh from November 14.
