Khowang HS win NN Sinha U-17 Inter School Girls Football title

GUWAHATI: Khowang Higher Secondary School, Dibrugarh lifted the NN Sinha U-17 Inter School Girls Football title defeating Mazbat Higher Secondary School, Udalguri in the final held at the Nehru Stadium here today. Dibrugarh won the tie by 2-1.Himashree Gogoi and Priyashi Chetia scored for the winning team and Oreshmila Minz was the scorer for Udalguri outfit. Ankita Boruah of Dibrugarh collected the best player award.

Khowang HS will now represent Assam in the forthcoming Subroto Cup Soccer tournament.
