Parvez replaces Pallav in Ranji Trophy

GUWAHATI: Assam made one change in the team for their next Ranji Trophy match against Tripura. The four-day match will be held at Agartala from November 12.

Opener Pallav Das, who got injured in his finger during a practice session, is dropped from the squad and he is replaced by Parvez Aziz. 15-member State squad, lead by Amit Sinha, today reached Agartala to play their second game of the season.

It may be mentioned here that Assam faced Jharkhand in the opening game and collected one point from the drawn tie.
