Riyan Parag guides Bud Cricket Club to victory in Guwahati Premier League

GUWAHATI: An all round performance from Riyan Parag helped Bud Cricket Club to register five wickets victory over City Cricket Club in the opening game of the Guwahati Premier League at the Judges Field here today. Riyan first picked up three wickets and later scored a half century. Invited to bat, City Cricket Club scored 157-7 in 20 overs. Bud reached the target in 18 overs losing five wickets.

Brief scores: City Cricket Club: 157-7 (20 overs), Sib Sankar Roy 57, Romario Sharma 39 no, Riyan Parag 3-22, Nipan Deka 2-27. Bud Cricket Club 158-5 (18 overs), Riyan Parag 50, Hardeep Singh 42, Dibakar Johori 3-26.
