State Cricket Academy, Assam organizes Training Camp for Fitness

GUWAHATI: State Cricket Academy, Assam, under the aegis of Assam Cricket Association, in association with Rajasthan Royals Academy started an Advanced Physical Fitness/Nutrition/Mental Training Camp for Senior Men's at the ACA Stadium, Barsapara today that will go on till March 9, 2021 under the supervision of John Gloster, Head Physio, Rajasthan Royals and Former Physio of India Cricket Team and Bangladesh Cricket Team, and Rajamani, Strength and Conditioning Coach, Rajasthan Royals and considered one of the best trainers in India, and in presence of Devajit Saikia, Secretary, Assam Cricket Association, Ganesh Dutt Chugh, Technical Director, State Cricket Academy, and Shuchi Kulshrestha, Head, Women's Development, Rajasthan Royals.

On Day one of the Camp, John Gloster spoke at length on Nutrition, Diet and Mental Training, while Rajamani underscored the significance and various aspects of Fitness for Cricket players, states in a release.
