Table Tennis meets begin at Tarun Ram Phookan Indoor Stadium, Guwahati

GUWAHATI: RG Baruah All Assam Major Ranking Table Tennis Championship and 8th Nagen Hazarika All Assam Ranking Major Table Tennis Championship got underway at the Tarun Ram Phookan Indoor Stadium in the city here today. The competition was inaugurated by Riniki Bhuyan Sarma, CEO Pride East Entertainment. Among others present in the function was Bobita Rajkhowa, Director, Assam Tribune Group. Four former paddlers Rittik Saikia, Alpana Bora, Mita Singha Roy and Sankar Dutta Lahkar were felicitated in the opening ceremony. Around 450 players from 17 districts are participating in the meet.
