Team Sanjay XI win T20 cricket tournament title at Yupia

ITANAGAR: Team Sanjay XI won the first-ever T20 cricket tournament-2020 defeating Elite Cricket Club by 53 runs in the final at Yupia general ground on Friday.

Winning the toss, the team Sanjay chose to bat first and managed to set a total run target of 190 runs in the 20 over by losing only 6 wickets.

This was the highest run scored by any team in the entire knock out match played between 30 teams.

Chasing the target, the ECC could only manage to score 137 runs in 19.4 over, losing all the wickets.
