Topcem ASJA T20 Inter Media Cricket Championship Final today in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: The final of Topcem ASJA T20 Inter Media Cricket Championship will be held at the Judges’ ground here tomorrow. Electronics Media will face Media Management in the title clash. Altogether six teams took part in the championship. One minute silent will be observed before the of the final to mourn the death of senior sports journalists Rahman Ali who expired in his residence today. Assam Sports Journalists Association condoled the death of Ali who was also the senior official of the organization.

Meanwhile, Sports Journalists XI, rode on two good knocks from Gautam Sarma (44) and Rajdeep Das (40), defeated Topcem XI by a huge margin of 118 runs in an exhibition match here today. Gautam Sarma, who also bagged two wickets in the match, later adjudged man of the match award. In the Topcem team, Prateek Ghosh (3 wickets and 20 runs) displayed the best performance.
